Stop being the last step in every process.
Deal Studio gives brokers the strategy, systems, and support they need to raise the quality of every interaction, from the first point of contact to the close of every deal. The goal is a brokerage where every part works together, not just the parts the broker has managed to get to.
There isn't one thing you do in one area that doesn't affect everything else.
Leads shape who walks into the listing conversation. The listing conversation shapes what gets closed. What gets closed shapes who refers you next. How your operation runs shapes what each one of those people experiences along the way.
Most brokers improve one area at a time. Deal Studio is built around all four: leads, sales, operations, and relationships.
Five things, built as one system.
Your website brings people in. Your CRM holds the relationship. Marketing positions the broker and the listing. Deal management carries the transaction. And when you need something that does not exist yet, our team builds it.

See how it worksYour website is the first thing the system does for you.
Every page is built around a decision a seller or a buyer is trying to make. Every form, every listing, every valuation request, every booking link lands in your CRM the moment it is submitted, attached to a person with a history.
A short working session that settles your positioning and messaging, so the site is built to say something specific about you.
A proven foundation, shaped to your brand, your market, and the way you want to be understood.
Seller inquiries, buyer registrations, and NDA requests arrive as contacts you can work, not as email you have to sort.
Listing pages pull from the deal record, so your site and your pipeline never drift apart.
Sellers arrive, buyers register, deals go to market, and past clients come back, all through the same site.
Hosting, updates, new pages, and design support stay with us, so it does not become another thing on your list.
One record for every relationship, from first contact forward.
The CRM is the foundation. Contacts, conversations, pipelines, calendars, and automations live in one place, shaped around the stages your deals actually move through.
A seller who downloaded a valuation guide two years ago and a buyer who signed an NDA this morning sit in the same system, with the full history attached to each one.
Nothing has to be remembered. Everything has a place it goes.
Email, text, and social conversations in one thread per person.
Stages built for the way brokerage deals actually move.
Long-cycle seller nurture, buyer sequences, and re-engagement that runs on its own.
Every call, message, page visit, and document on the contact record.
Scheduling, reminders, and task management for you and your team.
Transcription and summaries land back on the record without anyone typing them.
The positioning and growth strategy behind how the market sees you.
An ongoing strategy partner who already knows your data, your deals, and your brand, designing the plan and building the assets that get you where you want to go.
Two sides to it. Growing the broker's own pipeline and reputation. And taking each listing to market with the research, positioning, and promotion that make it stand out, tailored so a buyer can tell quickly whether it's the right fit.
A clear picture of who is out there and how you compare.
Your messaging, voice, and ideal-client profile, the foundation everything else builds on.
Google & Meta, managed, aimed at owners actually thinking about selling.
The story that persuades a buyer, grounded in real comparable-business data.
Getting the listing in front of the buyer pool actually looking for it.
A resource that starts the relationship long before someone is ready to sell.
What you bring into the room when you're sitting across from the seller.
A standing check-in that keeps growth intentional.
From deal won to deal closed.
DealBuilder manages the transaction. The CIM, the executive summary, the data room, the NDAs, the buyer questions, and the stage the deal is actually in.
It ties into your back end automations, so moving a deal to the next stage sets off the follow-up, the document requests, and the reminders without anyone starting them by hand.
A buyer who has read the CIM, watched the seller interview, signed the NDA, and submitted questions before the first call is a different buyer. The system does that work, so your first conversation with them is the introduction to the seller.
Your attention goes where it changes the outcome. The system holds the rest.
Every active deal, its stage, its documents, and its people on one board.
CIMs and executive summaries drafted from the deal record, then finished the way you want them.
Tiered access, so each buyer only sees what they are cleared to see.
Requested, signed, tracked, and filed without a manual step in the middle.
Qualification, seller interview delivery, and question intake handled in sequence.
Where every deal stands and what it is waiting on, without asking anyone.
When the answer is not in the platform yet, we build it.
Some of what a brokerage needs does not ship as a product. Deal flow routed and reported across multiple offices. A referral network running its own membership rules and payouts. Buyer matching that works off your live pipeline. Reporting a franchisor or a referral partner needs that no standard export produces.
The Deal Studio team works through the problem with you in your own terms, then engineers the whole of it on the Deal Studio CRM. The data model that holds your records. The automation chains that move work forward without anyone starting them. The interface your team sits in. The permissions that decide who sees which deal. The reporting that answers the question you actually asked. And the integrations that connect it to the systems your practice already depends on. All of it inside the platform you work in, not bolted alongside it.
We meet on the problem
A working session with our team, in your language, about what is actually getting in the way.
We map it
What the app has to do, who touches it, where it reaches into the CRM, and what it changes downstream.
We build it on the CRM
Developed on the Deal Studio platform, using the data you already have, released to your team.
We keep developing it
It stays part of the system, maintained and extended as your practice changes.
Every piece designed together, running as one system.
When the pieces are built apart, you are the one holding the seams together. Built as one, the work you put into any single area shows up everywhere else.
Designed together
What the site says, the sequence in the CRM, and the buyer experience inside the deal all come from the same decision.
One set of data
A contact is a contact everywhere. A listing on the site is the deal in the pipeline. There is nothing to reconcile.
One team behind it
Strategy, design, build, and support come from the same people, and they know what you are building toward.
The Seller Pipeline Blueprint.
Brokers rarely run short of buyers. Sellers are the constraint. This is the framework for finding the owners who will list with you in three years, staying useful while they decide, and knowing the week interest turns into intent.
Trent Lee Studio.
An advanced end-to-end lead and deal flow automation system. A pre-built foundation a broker can use to put modern technology to work faster.
"Remove yourself as the bottleneck on everything that does not require you."

Reduce lost seller leads
Seller leads are captured and worked the moment they come in, so they do not get lost while the broker is on another deal.
Increase engagement on every listing
Buyer workflows and follow-up keep listed deals active, so engagement does not depend on whether the broker has time to chase it.
Protect the broker's time
The system optimizes around quality engagement, so the broker's time goes to the conversations that actually matter.
Faster, better decisions on real data
Pipeline visibility and engagement analytics give the broker the data to make faster, better decisions around securing, listing, and closing deals.
The ambitious broker looking to grow but unsure where to start. Their time is already spread thin and they need a pre-built system that lets them take advantage of modern technology fast.
The broker who already knows how they want to operate, either from experience or from working with a Deal Studio strategist. Trent Lee Studio gives them a running start while they tailor the experience and workflows to how they operate their business.
Trent Lee Studio is an accelerator system. It is not for brokers in the organize or early build stages.
Schedule a call with a strategistHow we work.
Before anything is configured, we understand where the broker is. Before anything goes live, we know what the broker and their system need to do. After it goes live, we stay in the work with the broker until it becomes how the practice runs.
Where the practice is.
Before anything is built, we assess how leads come in, how the broker and the listings are positioned, how deals get managed, how relationships are maintained, and where the broker's attention is going that it does not need to go. Strategy and infrastructure are set together so what gets built is aimed at the right thing from the start.
Built on the strategy we set.
With the assessment done and the foundation in place, we map what the broker and their system need to do and configure it. The website, the CRM, and the marketing all put the positioning strategy sets to work. Deal management carries the transaction. All of it connected, so leads flow into sales, operations holds the process together, and relationships stay active.
Going live is not the finish line.
Building the system is not the same as the system working. Once configured, it has to be tested, used, and refined in real conditions. Through office hours, monthly check-ins, and ongoing training, this is where a new way of operating takes hold.
Free to grow the business.
With the system carrying what does not need them, the broker is free to focus on what actually grows the business. That means getting in front of the right sellers, building the relationships worth building, and bringing people into something designed to handle them well from the first contact forward.
Beyond the CRM.
A live look at how Deal Studio uses the CRM as the engine that drives the broker's entire business, not just the deal in front of them.
From marketing and lead generation to lead capture, nurture, and conversion.
From listing won to CIM researched, positioned, and promoted.
From NDA signed to automated buyer follow-up, inside one simple interface with advanced dashboards and reporting.
Marketing, positioning, and growth strategy for the brokerage itself, not just the listings running through it.
One thing you will walk away with: Deal Studio is not simply a platform. It is the system running both the deal and the business behind it.

If something is unclear after reading through these, the next step is a conversation. We want to understand where your practice is before recommending anything.
Do I have to take everything, or can I start with one piece?
You start with either the website or the CRM. Deal management is its own software, tied to the CRM, so it arrives with the CRM rather than being a separate starting point. Whichever you begin with is built to connect to the rest, so adding the next piece later is an extension rather than a rebuild.
Who designs and builds the website?
The Deal Studio design team. It starts with a Brand Sprint to settle your positioning and messaging, then we handle the design, the build, the hosting, and the ongoing updates, and we wire it into your CRM as part of the build rather than afterward.
What is a Brand Sprint?
A focused working session before design starts. We work through who you serve, what you want to be known for, and how you talk about it, and the site gets built from what comes out of it. Its job is a website that says something specific about you from the day it launches rather than something generic. It is deliberately narrow: the Sprint settles the site, and it does not produce a brand guide.
How is that different from a full brand engagement?
Depth, and what comes out the other side. The Sprint settles positioning and messaging so the website can launch as something specific to you. A full brand engagement goes further: research into your market and the people you are trying to reach, positioning developed from the ground up, and a brand system built around connected outcomes, where one guide goes on to produce campaigns, content, resources, and new opportunities rather than a single website. If you want the brand to carry more than the site, that is the conversation to have.
What counts as a custom app solution?
Anything your brokerage runs on that the platform does not already do. Multi-office deal routing with reporting for each office. A referral network running its own membership rules and payouts. Buyer matching that works against your live pipeline. A franchisor or partner report no standard export produces. Or a working interface your team sits in all day. If you can describe the problem in your own terms, we can scope it.
Do I have to be a Deal Studio CRM client to have something custom built?
No. We are open to the conversation either way, and the difference is worth being straight about. Built on the Deal Studio platform, a custom app starts with your live deal records, the automations already running, and the permissions your team works under, so it acts on the real pipeline the day it ships. Built outside it, the same app has to be told what a deal is, kept in sync with a system it cannot see, and given its own logins and its own reporting. That is more to build, more to keep running, and it does less. So we will point custom work at the platform whenever there is a choice, and say so plainly when there is not.
What is Trent Lee Studio?
A pre-configured version of Deal Studio modeled on the systems and workflows Trent Lee uses to close approximately 50 deals per year with a single assistant. It is an introduction to advanced automation: you adopt his process rather than designing one from scratch, which makes it a strong fit for brokers who do not have a process of their own yet. A starting point for brokers who want a proven foundation they can adapt.
How long does implementation take?
Most brokerages are operational within 4 to 6 weeks, and that can move faster depending on your availability through setup. We configure the system around the way you already work before anything goes live, and we keep refining it after.
Is marketing and positioning a separate service, or part of the platform?
Both, depending on what you need. The CRM ships with the infrastructure marketing runs on: lead capture, nurture sequences, and the data that shows what is working. The strategy layer on top, positioning the broker, planning the growth, building the CIM that sells a listing, is an ongoing partnership with a Deal Studio strategist. You do not have to take on the strategy work to use the platform, but the platform is built assuming marketing is part of a broker's job, not a separate hire.
Do I need a website already, or does Deal Studio build one?
Either way. If you have a site already, we can wire it into the CRM and take over updates and design support. If you do not, or yours is not doing the job, we build it, starting with a Brand Sprint so it launches saying something specific about you rather than something generic.
Ready to see what this looks like for your practice?
Two ways in. Both start with understanding where you are and what the structure underneath your practice actually needs.
