These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at site.deal-studio.com and any related pages, forms, booking tools, and content (together, the "Site"), operated by Deal Studio, an arm of Business Brokerage Press, Inc. ("Deal Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site, submitting a form, booking a call, registering for a webinar, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms describe use of the website. If you become a Deal Studio client, a separate services or subscription agreement governs the platform, CRM, and any custom work, and controls over these Terms wherever the two conflict.

1. Who We Are

Deal Studio provides business systems, growth strategy, and technology, including websites, CRM implementation, marketing and positioning services, deal management tooling, and custom software, built specifically for business brokers. References on this Site to "the platform," "the CRM," or "DealBuilder" describe products and services available to Deal Studio clients under a separate agreement, not features of the public website itself.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or any account, calendar, or form not belonging to you;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or any connected network, including any booking or scheduling widget embedded on the Site;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity, when submitting a form or booking a call.

3. Forms, Bookings, and Webinar Registration

The Site includes forms for scheduling a call, requesting an audit, downloading resources, and registering for webinars. When you submit a form or book a call, you are providing your information directly to Deal Studio, and, where noted, to the third-party scheduling or webinar provider that fulfills the request (see our Privacy Policy for the specific providers involved). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

Booking a call, requesting an audit, or downloading a resource does not create a client relationship or any obligation on Deal Studio's part to provide services. Any engagement beyond the Site is governed by a separate written agreement.

4. Communications Consent

By submitting a form, booking a call, or otherwise providing your phone number or email address through the Site, you consent to be contacted by Deal Studio by phone, text message (SMS), and email regarding your inquiry and, where you have opted in, about Deal Studio's services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each message. 5. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, illustrations, video, and underlying code, is owned by Deal Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download material from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except where a resource (such as a downloadable guide) is expressly offered for that purpose.

6. Free Resources and Webinars

From time to time, Deal Studio offers free resources (guides, blueprints, webinars, and similar materials) in exchange for contact information. These resources are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Your use of any information contained in a free resource is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to or embeds tools operated by third parties, including scheduling widgets and webinar registration. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of business results. References to outcomes other brokers have experienced are illustrative and are not a promise that you will achieve similar results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deal Studio and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Deal Studio harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
